The Pastor to Pioneer podcast doesn't feature outside experts or theoretical commentators. Every guest is a pastor or former pastor who is personally walking — or has walked — the road from institutional ministry to pioneering a simpler, more relational way of following Jesus.
Some guests are mid-transition, still processing the disorientation of leaving a role that defined them. Others are years into pioneering, sharing what multiplication of disciples and house churches actually looks like on the ground. All of them are being honest about the cost, the freedom, and what they wish they'd known.
