Our coaches are former pastors who have walked the same road you're on. They've lived the pressures of traditional ministry, transitioned into more relational, simple expressions of church, and now guide others from real experience — not theory. They offer a safe, honest space to process, heal, and discern your next steps with Jesus at the center.

There is no monetary cost to the training or coaching. It's entirely free. Our coaches are volunteers who believe in this mission.

We highly encourage it. Going through coaching as a couple helps you stay aligned and process the journey together. Many of our coaches go through it alongside their spouses too.
